Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Due to the current high order volume and warehouse dispatch schedule, some orders may require additional processing time before shipment.
Most orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within approximately 7-15 business days from the order date.
For certain batch-arranged items or during peak processing periods, dispatch may take up to 15-20 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email and uploaded to your order record as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that tracking information may take 3-7 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
